Oempro provides a bird's-eye view report to your email deliveries across all users. The biggest purpose of this section is to give you an idea about the delivery volume breakdown by delivery servers and key metrics. You can access to this section via [Admin Area → Delivery Report] section.
On this page, you will see total numbers for the numbers of emails sent, opened and clicked. In addition to this, you will see the list of recipient email address domains and the list of delivery servers used for each one of them.
On the right of the list, you will see key metrics such as recipients, opens, clicks, opt-outs, etc.
This report is very useful to identify potential delivery issues to recipient email address domains through specific delivery servers and you can replace them to increase your email deliverability.
If you choose “Delivery Server Performance” report type from the left menu;
The Delivery Server Performance dashboard will give you ability to generate a special report for specific users, campaigns, ESP’s and/or delivery servers and get the delivery metrics for each recipient email address domain and delivery server. Use this report tool to generate detailed delivery reports when you notice a decline on key metrics for a specific user, delivery server or recipient domain.
